1 General Terms & Eligibility

Bdt10k (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, including those in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration & Verification
To register on bdt10k, you must provide accurate and complete information. Submitting false details on the registration form may result in account termination.
- One Person, One Account: Only one account may be registered per person, household, device, or IP address.

Anyone found opening an account under a false identity or operating multiple accounts will have all account balances forfeited and all accounts permanently closed.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

- Withdrawal Process: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Larger amounts may require additional verification.
- Withdrawal via Same Method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
- Anti-Money Laundering: For suspicious transactions, bdt10k reserves the right to conduct verification checks and may delay payments if necessary.
- Currency: All transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or any other currency supported by the platform.
Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be placed on hold.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Bdt10k regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.
Before claiming any bonus, carefully read the associated wagering requirements and expiry terms. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, it cannot be reversed.
- Welcome Bonus: For new players only. One offer per player.
- Wagering Requirement: A specified number of bets must be placed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
- Bonus Expiry: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false identities will result in all bonuses being voided and the account suspended.

5 Betting Rules
All bets placed on bdt10k are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please make sure before placing your bet.
- Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market. Bets exceeding these limits will not be accepted.
- Odds Changes: Odds in Sports Betting may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are considered final.
- Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
- Technical Issues: If a bet cannot be processed due to a server or network issue, the stake will be automatically refunded.
- Live Betting: A slight delay may occur when placing bets on live matches. Exploiting such delays to gain an advantage (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
Placing a bet on a game after its outcome is already known constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt10k platform. Any violation may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Abuse of the bonus system or bonus hunting.
- Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
- Placing bets using bots or automated software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
- Fraudulent behavior toward other players or syndicate betting.
- Unauthorized use of the platform's name or logo.
- Using abusive or offensive language toward the support team.
7 Account Closure & Suspension Policy
Bdt10k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, particularly under the following circumstances:
- In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
- If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- If age verification fails or false information is provided.
- For legal or regulatory reasons.
Players may request account closure at any time. Any verified balance will be refunded; however, bonus balances are non-refundable.
